FTP instructions
You can deliver files to Sound Publishing via email or file transfer protocol (FTP). Most ISPs limit the size of email attachments, which makes FTP a better option for large ads or prepress documents.
FTP APPLICATION
The first thing you will need is some FTP client software. There are many options but we've found these to work well:
For Windows: FileZilla
For Macintosh: Cyberduck
Once you have an FTP client installed, you can connect to Sound Publishing's ftp server at this url: ftp://ftp.soundpublishing.com
WEB INTERFACE
If you don't have access to FTP client software, you can upload and download files via web interface.
If you already have a secure account with us, use your existing user name and password. If you do not have an account but would like one, please contact your account representative. If you do not need a private account and don't mind your files being publicly accessible, you can use the following user name and password:
username: client
password: client
